1. Education and Experience:
   • Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
   • Previous experience in roles related to revenue management, pricing structure, or in the hotel industry is a plus.
2. Technical Knowledge:
   • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or global distribution systems (GDS).
   • Skills in using analysis tools (Excel).
   • Learning skills for managing web portals and database tools.
3. Analysis and Decision Making:
   • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions about pricing and revenue strategies.
   • Ability to adjust strategies in real time based on demand and competition.
4. Communication:
   • Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and communicate strategies internally.
   • High level of English is a plus (otherwise an intermediate level of English is acceptable)
5. Adaptability:
   • Ability to adapt to market changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
   • Ability to lead teams.
6. Focus on Results:
   • Results-oriented and able to set and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the strategic management of room prices and availability.
• Analyze market data and trends to inform decisions about revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and improve profitability.
