- Education and Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in roles related to revenue management, pricing structure, or in the hotel industry is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or global distribution systems (GDS).
- Skills in using analysis tools (Excel).
- Learning skills for managing web portals and database tools.
- Analysis and Decision Making:
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions about pricing and revenue strategies.
- Ability to adjust strategies in real time based on demand and competition.
- Communication:
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and communicate strategies internally.
- High level of English is a plus (otherwise an intermediate level of English is acceptable)
- Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to market changes and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ability to lead teams.
- Focus on Results:
- Results-oriented and able to set and meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the strategic management of room prices and availability.
- Analyze market data and trends to inform decisions about revenue strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and improve profitability.
