Mission Statement

Ensure the operability and flow of information between data capture platforms and performance reporting, providing technical and administrative support to the commercial and operations teams.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Access Management: Management of corporate emails and credentials for analysis teams.
• Rate Monitoring: Technical follow-up of the rates charged and validation of the correct application of revenue strategies.
• Reporting Support: Follow-up and technical support in the generation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Data Reconciliation: Validation of sales and booking data from OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
• Insurance Administrative Management: Report and review of insurance consolidations associated with the operation.
• Control of Commissions: Reporting and auditing of commissions paid to external platforms.
• Digital Ecosystem Maintenance: General technical supervision of data platforms.
• Information Security: Supervision and assurance of basic computer security protocols.
• Technical Relationship: Attention to technical requirements of external platforms.
• Market Research: Execution and supervision of market studies and profitability models.
• Team Support: Follow-up and general support to revenue analysts.
• Documentation: Survey and follow-up of technical requirements of software or processes.

2. Required Profile (Education and Experience)

• Level of Studies: Technologist or Professional in Systems, Engineering, Data, Digital Marketing or related areas.
• Specific Training: Advanced knowledge in data analysis, information systems and sales budgets.
• Technical Skills: Handling of analytical tools, systems management, and teamwork.
• Core competencies: Computer systems skills, strategic marketing thinking, complex problem solving and assertive communication.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in data analysis or commercial areas.
