A major hotel chain with an international presence is looking to hire a Night Auditor to work in the Laureles and Poblado areas of Medellín.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directly responsible for customer management at night, as well as managing sales and customer information during the day for closing.
• You will be responsible for closing the card reader and sending guest information to SIRE.
• Lead the tasks of the waitstaff and maintenance team according to the work schedules and tactical actions presented in the operation during your shift.
• Fill out the various mandatory forms, such as the Hotel Registry, billing process, and issuance of documents such as cash receipts for payments, lost and found forms, and customer requests.
• Support tasks assigned by Operations Coordination, such as receiving orders, receiving and/or paying supplier invoices, contacting the protected area in case of emergencies, and contacting the police.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of customer service
• Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of hotel PMS management

Level of Education: Technologist or professional in hospitality and tourism, administration

Languages: English and others

Area of expertise: Customer service, hospitality and tourism, logistics, events

Work experience: minimum 6 months certified
