  1. Education and Experience:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Previous experience in roles related to revenue management, pricing structure, or in the hotel industry is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Knowledge:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) or global distribution systems (GDS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Skills in using analysis tools (Excel).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Learning skills for managing web portals and database tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Analysis and Decision Making:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions about pricing and revenue strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to adjust strategies in real time based on demand and competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Communication:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and communicate strategies internally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • High level of English is a plus (otherwise an intermediate level of English is acceptable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            • Ability to adapt to market changes and adjust strategies as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and improve profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
