This job offer may be for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A major hotel chain with an international presence is looking to hire a Night Auditor to work in the Laureles and Poblado areas of Medell\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Directly responsible for customer management at night, as well as managing sales and customer information during the day for closing. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be responsible for closing the card reader and sending guest information to SIRE. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the tasks of the waitstaff and maintenance team according to the work schedules and tactical actions presented in the operation during your shift. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill out the various mandatory forms, such as the Hotel Registry, billing process, and issuance of documents such as cash receipts for payments, lost and found forms, and customer requests. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support tasks assigned by Operations Coordination, such as receiving orders, receiving and\/or paying supplier invoices, contacting the protected area in case of emergencies, and contacting the police.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SKILLS AND ABILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Problem-solving ability <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading work teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of hotel PMS management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level of Education: Technologist or professional in hospitality and tourism, administration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Languages: English and others<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Area of expertise: Customer service, hospitality and tourism, logistics, events<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work experience: minimum 6 months certified<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buscas empleo de auditor nocturno en Medell\u00edn?
