Mission Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ensure the operability and flow of information between data capture platforms and performance reporting, providing technical and administrative support to the commercial and operations teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Access Management:<\/strong> Management of corporate emails and credentials for analysis teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Rate Monitoring:<\/strong> Technical follow-up of the rates charged and validation of the correct application of revenue strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reporting Support:<\/strong> Follow-up and technical support in the generation of weekly and monthly reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Data Reconciliation:<\/strong> Validation of sales and booking data from OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Insurance Administrative Management:<\/strong> Report and review of insurance consolidations associated with the operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Control of Commissions:<\/strong> Reporting and auditing of commissions paid to external platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Digital Ecosystem Maintenance:<\/strong> General technical supervision of data platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Information Security:<\/strong> Supervision and assurance of basic computer security protocols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Technical Relationship:<\/strong> Attention to technical requirements of external platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Market Research:<\/strong> Execution and supervision of market studies and profitability models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Team Support:<\/strong> Follow-up and general support to revenue analysts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation:<\/strong> Survey and follow-up of technical requirements of software or processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Required Profile (Education and Experience)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Level of Studies:<\/strong> Technologist or Professional in Systems, Engineering, Data, Digital Marketing or related areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Specific Training:<\/strong> Advanced knowledge in data analysis, information systems and sales budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Skills:<\/strong> Handling of analytical tools, systems management, and teamwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Core competencies:<\/strong> Computer systems skills, strategic marketing thinking, complex problem solving and assertive communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 1 year in data analysis or commercial areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
